TQC’s one-stop quality assurance service is very straightforward and there are two stages:
Stage One – Establishment of Food Safety Management System (FSMS)
Depending on the scale and the business strategy of the company, the FSMS can be a simple and practical Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) system, a specific Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) system, a comprehensive ISO 22000 management system, or other specific standards required by the customers.
TQC’s professional consultants will perform a Gap analysis, prepare a FSMS manual, provide practical and clear working guidelines, conduct comprehensive training and evaluate post-implementation effectiveness to help you achieve substantive and sustainable improvement. The service fee depends on the scale of the company.
Stage two – Continuous quality assurance service
TQC will charge a fixed monthly fee after the implementation of the FSMS. Specialized quality assurance consultant will station at your company regularly to ensure the system operates effectively, which include but not limited to maintaining the routine operation of the system and coping with emergency situations (such as customer audits and serious food safety crises). During the time without consultant in your company, TQC will provide e-mail and emergency telephone support.
